See video below if you are short on time
With respect to my time and yours they are people who just buy training plain and simple.
I offer various videos here on my site and various social media outlets.
The post is not meant to insult of put down anyone and there goals.
However most people watch a few videos, and read an article or two and claim they know what to do and just aren't doing it.
Which is the equivalent of watching 100 videos on space and claiming to be astronaut who hasn't been to space yet.
You may have a very surface level understanding, but in the absence of current results, that understanding means nothing.
I train the general population, all ages and demographics.
As old as a 93 year old woman, and a 87 year old men.
Amputees, schools teachers, children, pregnant women.
People with various limitations and needs.
Most people over idealize their ability to both get inshape and exercise efficiently on their own.
If that was something adults could do unsupervised on their own, athletes wouldn't need trainers nor would celebrities.
10 reasons I don't offer free consultations
Appropriate Intentional and informative advice and guidance, requires compensation. (Damn capitalism)
