Because the bears are trash your diet doesn’t have to match

All jokes aside bear down, and all that good stuff. Just make sure your foods are high quality.

With football season in full effect, everyone is eating, like calories are nonexistent.

Here are some tips for my clients and those who  need enjoy a nice game day platter or less than trainer approved foods.

Pick foods that aren’t easy to grab

If your dining in the stadium get foods, that are cumbersome and meant to be shared, or get things like shelled peanuts or pistachios, things that require to work to eat them will keep the calories down. sharing  will also keep the calories down.

Swap out things

Switch fries for sweet potato fries, or better yet baked potatoes. Fried chicken for baked chicken or grill so forth and so on.

Limit or skip the beer

Alcohol in general will be adverse to what you are trying  to accomplish anyways so limiting it or mindfully consuming it is key here.

Grilled foods are king here

The fat for the most part cooks off in the process, but be mindful or breads a d other carbs, as well as the types of sauce you add.

Hydration and veggies

Last but  not least hydration and veggies, are two things that can easily satisfy your appetite, who knows increasing these two might make the Bears win a game or two.
