A lot of people often ask me, how to increase my views on youtube. That sentence is purposely wrote they way it is for seo purposes. Never the less it is a very common question that is asked. So whats required to see an increase in views?

A lot of people use this term loosely, however to increase views on youtube, you need engaging content.
However, most people make the mistake of looking at what others are doing and simply copy their blueprint. While, inherently there is nothing wrong with this method.
The issue arises, when you start doing anything and everything in order to get views. You can not randomly jump from trend to trend.
Look to others viral content and your own popular content, and decide, what aligns with your brand and what doesn't align with yourself or your brand.
Consistency
Being inconsistent, will get you little to no results consistently. Being consistent and consistently improving will substantially increase your results.
How can you go about making this happen?
The answer is simple, come up with a game plan to post content, on the regular basis. Actually sit down and come up with a schedule for things you want to bring to life. This initial start will cut down on the amount of time it will take you to increase your views.
Ideally posting more consistently draws in new views, and returning viewers. It allows you to see whats working and whats failing to bring in the views as well.
Having a game plan, allows you to notice trends, and to capitalize on those trends.
Reputation
Your reputation, will speak volumes about who you are your audience. If you are clearly making cash grabs, and bs content. It will be noticeable.
If you mess up your reputation, you will in time, get less views, and a ton of unfollows.
What about monetization
There are many reasons for wanting to increase views, most people simply want to do so, in order to get paid.
I don't knock them for this. Me on the other hand, I am a business man I want more views to drive more traffic to my services and products. I would rather make money from things I believe in versus from random ads being viewed before and during my videos.
A big however must be included, I will definitely take the money from ads as well.
Now what does it take to get monetized?
At the this current time it takes 1000 subs and 4000 watch time hours in order get monetized.
