What foods improve gut health
First and foremost issues ranging from cardiovascular disease, arthritis, and depression can stem from a poor gut microbiome.

Bananas have high levels of potassium as we all know. But what you may not know is that bananas also contain pectin with helps with digestion, as well a resistant starch, both are great for gut health.
