What is my book The Savage Build about
My book contains 12 weeks of exercises that you may not be familiar with. The point of this program is to illustrate how I personally train, now ideally I may stick to a program for 6 weeks before switching. However certain workouts, and movements I find myself returning to.
So I took those exercises and compiled all of it together.
Now this will be the bread and butter, in terms of what a full body workout should look like.
