Next Frontier: learning Olympic lifting

My New Goals

I would like to get to the purest essence of strength building,  Olympic lifting will allow me to do just that. I am currently playing around with power lifting Ideology, but I want to try something new.

Olympic lifting

I want to do it, just because of what required.

The strictest of form, proper technique, flexibility and mobility.

I also want to continue with boxing

Boxing is something that I haven’t done in a few years, and would like to get back into.
