When junk food companies write the rules:

  • “Healthy” labels become meaningless.

  • Sugar and seed oils get downplayed.

  • Processed foods are framed as safe, even for kids.

That pyramid you saw in school? It was funded.

That cereal commercial with “heart-healthy” claims? Also funded.

This is how obesity became a business asset, not a public emergency.

  • When’s the last time I questioned a food label?

  • How do I know what’s “healthy” and what’s just marketed that way?

I evolved eating:

  • Whole proteins

  • Root vegetables

  • Seasonal fruits

  • Clean fats

  • Mineral-rich water

Now?

I’m flooded with:

  • Chemical additives

  • Fructose syrups

  • Hydrogenated oils

  • Synthetic sweeteners

  • Dead calories

It’s not just about being overweight.

You can’t discipline your way out of a trap you don’t realize you’re in.
