Your are what you habitually do
This task can seem daunting at first, tracking your habits, seem like an all day process but its not.
There are a ton of apps for tracking your mood, food, spending habits and how much your exercise.
In total it should take no more than 20 mins in the beginning, and as time goes one, and you get familiar with the apps it will only take mere seconds.

While I would love to list apps, the best thing you can do is download and experiment with whats on the market and find what works for you.
Things don’t have to be picture perfect they just have to work for you.
Something that you can do with ease, over time is key, and when the app notification pops up on your phone don’t ignore it, log your information.
When you get in the habit of doing this frequently you will see just how easy it is for your to be successful.
When you track your mood and realize your not happy, and can pin point why that is a game changer.
When you can see how your wasting money or calories how much healthier of a person would you become?
