Why you should use the sled

What can the sled do for you Why should you use  one? Looks can be deceiving the battle ropes and sled are viewed as gimmicks in most gyms. Some people swear by them, in my personal opinion they are staples, and more effective than the treadmill. What I mean by that is most people will never bother to push their limits on the treadmill, and even if they did it's hard to consistently. This ingenious piece of equipment shines in this arena.

  1. Abs

  2. Erectors

  3. Glutes and quads

  4. You can hit nearly every muscle depending on the variation of exercise you chose. Doing something that is more functional than just walking on the stair master or treadmill is going to do wonders for your fitness goals.
