4 mindful ideas that you can apply lose weight

You can lose weight, without it being a daunting task below I will discuss how.

My morning rituals

There are a few things I do  when I wake up in the morning to get my day going, and its always thoughts of gratitude and affirmations. In order to lose weight or build muscle this thought process is imperative.

Gratitude

When I wake up in the morning before getting out of the bed I think of a few things I am grateful for. No matter how the day goes, I am happy for whatever those things are.

If something happens to go wrong throughout the day I think of what I am grateful for.

Morning affirmations

You can find some ideas for morning affirmations here .

The ideas is to try and curve racing thoughts, as fast as possible. In addition to any stressful or negative thoughts that may rear their ugly head as well.

In addition to reading affirmational things I also write an affirmational thought down a few times to program it in my mind.

Eat and sleep on a schedule

when trying to lose weight, the best thing you can do for yourself is keep your diet and sleep on track.

Without sticking to a schedule its easy to mindlessly get  lost in a Netflix binge. When that happens you end up with varying sleep schedule.

In addition to that you may find yourself mindlessly eating. Most people eat and drive, especially if they are delivery drivers or truck drivers. On the other hand some  work from a desk and that’s where they do there damage in terms of mindlessly eating.

When you aren’t tracking your calories, this leaves a lot of room for error.

Positive self talk

The narrative you feed yourself throughout the day is important. No matter if you want to build muscle or lose weight.

Every time you say something negative about yourself repeat a positive phrase 7 times. That way you can overpower that negative thought.

Summary

The more you streamline your day by day process, the easier your journey will be.
