#1 reason you have small arms

How can I grow bigger arms I often get asked day in an day about,exercises to grow bigger arms. Its every guys dream in gyms across the world to grow a nice set of arms. However

The #1 reason you have small arms is because they only train the bicep. While there are other components that will lead to a bigger, most people only focus on the show muscles. Meaning the muscles they  immediately see in the mirror. https://youtube.com/shorts/b7d1qXFAPCw?feature=share

Whats wrong with just training the biceps Nothing is wrong with training the biceps, I am a firm believer in training arms, however you have to train the whole are, not just a portion of your arms. The reason most people train only biceps, I believe is because the bicep curl, is almost fool proof in the way that you perform the movement. However most people still mess that up. But that is a separate battle from today's topic. We see the bicep curl in mostly every movie, and tv show, where they want to illustrate that a person is in shape or working out. The tricep however is 2/3 of your arm. Where the bicep makes up the remaining 1/3. With that being said if you want bigger arms, not only do you need to train triceps, but the shoulder is important as well. After all its all connected, and all needs to trained.
